Effective from March 19^th 2008 for the academic year 2008/2009

What is included

The above fees include all tuition and extra curricular activities. All books and materials required for normal activities are also included.

Transport is not included and is charged at 750 LE per term within Al Rehab and 1500 LE outside.

Uniform is not included and may be purchased from our authorized stockist in Heliopolis. Examination fees are not included and are charged at the cost to the School. Trips from school are charged at cost.

Reservations and registration

When first reserving a place at the school, a deposit of 1000 LE is payable. Registration is conditional on testing after paying the deposit. In the event that a child is not accepted after testing, the deposit is refunded in full. In the event that a parent rejects our offer of a place then the deposit is not refunded.  A Registration fee of 6,000 LE is payable on acceptance, less the deposit. The Registration fee is not refundable. The full term fees must be paid in advance before a child starts school for the first time on joining the school.

Required documents for applying :

1. Complete application form.

2. Applicant's Proof of identity :

1. Egyptian : Electronic Birth Certificate

2. Non-Egyptian : Passport

3. 8 recent passport size photos.

4. Last two years' reports from previous school/s

5. Attendance statement from previous school.

6. Transfer request from previous school .

7. Guardian's proof of identity :

   1. Egyptian : National ID

   2. Non-Egyptian : passport + Residence Visa other than touristic purpose

Discounts

We offer discounts for families and early payment of fees. For each additional child in a family we offer 5% additional discount. 2 children receive 5% discount each, 3 children 10% each and so on up to a maximum of 20% each. Discounts are subject to fees being paid on time, late payment incurs penalty charges.

Due dates

Term fees are due no later than 2 weeks before the end of the previous term.  All fees may be paid in Egyptian Pounds. Please see the School Fees Policy statement which must be signed.
